Job summary

Antel Group of Companies is seeking an experienced HR Supervisor - Talent Acquisition to lead our Recruitment Team and drive strategic hiring across our Corporate and Sales divisions in Cavite.

You will oversee end-to-end recruitment, coach recruiters, manage executive and hard-to-fill roles, and develop innovative sourcing strategies while ensuring a great candidate experience and timely hires in a fast-paced real estate environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, HRM, Business Administration, or related field.
• At least 5 years of solid experience in Talent Acquisition, with 2 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Proven experience handling Corporate and Sales recruitment.
• Preferably with Real Estate/Property Development/Construction industry experience.
• Strong experience in handling managerial, technical, and difficult-to-fill positions.
• Demonstrated success in leading recruitment teams and achieving targets.
• Excellent stakeholder management, interviewing, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Strong analytical, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
• Available to start immediately and based in General Trias or Tanza, Cavite.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate the Talent Acquisition Team to achieve recruitment KPIs.
• Oversee end-to-end recruitment for Corporate and Sales positions.
• Handle executive and hard-to-fill vacancies.
• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives to attract top talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for current and future roles.
• Partner with department heads to understand hiring needs and provide recruitment solutions.
• Monitor recruitment metrics and implement process improvements.
• Ensure excellent candidate experience from sourcing to onboarding.
• Prepare recruitment reports, forecasts, and manpower updates for Management.
• Evaluate recruitment channels, employer branding, and market trends to improve hiring.
• Ensure compliance with company recruitment policies and employment regulations.

Education

Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

Job description

The successful candidate will supervise the day-to-day recruitment operations, coach and develop recruiters, and personally manage executive-level and hard-to-fill positions. This role requires a proactive recruitment leader who can develop innovative sourcing strategies, build strong partnerships with hiring managers, and consistently achieve monthly recruitment targets in a fast-paced real estate environment.

What we are looking for:
