Job summary

Top Realty Corporation is seeking an experienced and hands-on HR Manager to lead our HR function, develop our people, strengthen our culture, and support the continued growth of our real estate business.

You will oversee recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, and HR policies, while partnering with management on HR strategy and workforce planning to drive organizational excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Experience in real estate, property brokerage, property development, or related industry is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day HR operations, including recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, performance management, compensation & benefits, and HR policies.
• Partner with management on HR strategy, organizational development, workforce planning, and employee engagement.
• Develop and conduct training, coaching, and development programs for employees and sales professionals.
• Lead recruitment initiatives for corporate employees and real estate sales talent.
• Develop and improve KPI/KRA and performance management systems.
• Handle employee relations concerns and provide recommendations to management.
• Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws and applicable regulations.
• Implement initiatives that strengthen company culture, productivity, teamwork, and retention.
