Tanza Specialists Medical Center.. is seeking an experienced HR professional to support the Chief HR Officer by driving HR operations, processes, and policies across the organization.
You will oversee recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training, payroll accuracy, records, and reporting, while safeguarding confidentiality and contributing to workforce planning and development. To provides assistance to the Chief Human Resources Officer in ensuring the productivity and efficiency of HR operations through the execution and monitoring of HR processes and procedures; and mentoring and provision of active support and guidance to direct reports.
Overseeing recruitment and selection processes, including job postings, interviewing, and onboarding.
Facilitating resolution of employee relations issues, such as conflicts, grievances, and disciplinary actions.
Coordinating and implementing employee training and development programs. May be asked to conduct standard soft skills development training.
Monitoring and managing employee performance evaluation processes.
Maintaining and updating employee records in ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
Overseeing and ensuring accuracy of timekeeping and payroll processes.
Assisting in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.
Collaborating with the immediate superior to address workforce planning and organizational development needs.
Leading the preparation of HR-related reports and metrics for management review.
Facilitating communication between employees and management to promote a positive work environment.
Overseeing implementation of HR projects and initiatives, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Conducting exit interviews and analyze turnover data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Has over Seven years of hands-on experience in at least Three facets of Human Resources such as Employee Relations, Performance Management, and Training and Development. At least Two years of which in a supervisory capacity.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and local employment laws.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, knowledge in operating Payroll System and or HRIS is an advantage.
Above-average communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Experience in a medium sized organization, and knowledge of the Quality Management System are preferred.
