Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Supervisor to oversee HR operations in a fast-paced manpower agency in Quezon City. You will lead employee relations, timekeeping, payroll coordination, compensation and benefits, and labor compliance while supervising the HR team and delivering excellent service to employees and client accounts.

The role emphasizes strong leadership, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 3–5 years of HR experience, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
• Experience in manpower, staffing, or outsourcing company is an advantage.
• Knowledge of employee relations, labor laws, timekeeping, payroll coordination, and compensation & benefits.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
