Job Summary
The Human Resources Supervisor – Compensation & Benefits is responsible for overseeing the Company's compensation and benefits administration, payroll support, timekeeping, manpower costing, agency billing, and labor law compliance across nationwide operations. The role supervises the HR team assigned to Luzon, Cebu, and Davao while leading recruitment activities for managerial and key positions. This position ensures accurate HR operations, regulatory compliance, and consistent implementation of company policies and procedures.
Key Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration of employee compensation and benefits, including government-mandated benefits, leave administration, and final pay computation.
- Process and administer government-mandated employee benefits, including SSS Maternity, Paternity, Sickness, Disability, Employees' Compensation (EC) Benefits, Pag-IBIG and SSS loans, PhilHealth benefits, and other statutory benefit claims, ensuring timely submission, compliance, and proper documentation.
- Administer employee leave management, including annual leave crediting, leave balance monitoring, leaf record maintenance, and ensuring compliance with company leave policies.
- Prepare manpower costing for client requirements, project deployments, business proposals, and other operational requirements.
- Review, validate, and consolidate nationwide timekeeping records (Luzon, Cebu, and Davao) before payroll processing to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Coordinate payroll-related concerns with the Payroll Team and ensure timely submission of payroll inputs.
- Manage manpower agency billing, reconciliation, and coordination with accredited manpower agencies to ensure billing accuracy and timely processing.
- Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, DOLE regulations, statutory requirements, and company HR policies.
- Lead recruitment and selection activities for managerial, supervisory, and other key positions.
- Address employee concerns related to compensation, benefits, employment status, company policies, and other HR matters.
- Maintain accurate employee records, HR reports, employment documents, and other personnel-related documentation.
- Supervise, coach, and provide guidance to the nationwide HR team (8 personnel) to ensure efficient and consistent HR service delivery.
- Recommend process improvements to enhance HR operations, compliance, and employee experience.
- Perform other HR-related duties and special projects as assigned by Management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, Behavioral Science, Political Science, or a related field.
- At least 2–3 years of relevant HR experience, including 1–2 years in a supervisory or team leadership role.
- Strong working knowledge and experience in: Compensation & Benefits Administration, Payroll Coordination and Timekeeping, Government Statutory Benefits Processing, Leave Administration, Manpower Costing, Agency Billing and Reconciliation, DOLE Regulations and Philippine Labor Laws, Employee Relations, and HR Documentation and Records Management
- Experience handling multi-site or nationwide HR operations is an advantage.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (particularly Excel) and HRIS/Payroll systems.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
- Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- Able to handle confidential information with professionalism and integrity.
- Willing to work onsite from Monday to Friday at Del Monte Avenue, Quezon City.
