Job summary

ACEN Careers is seeking an Associate, Human Resources to support end-to-end HR operations across project sites. You will handle employee relations, recruitment activities, onboarding, learning and development, and engagement initiatives.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR generalist experience, with strong payroll and HRIS proficiency. Willing to be assigned full-time in Paete, Laguna. Relocation support may be considered.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of progressive HR generalist experience.
• Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, compensation & benefits, payroll, and performance management.
• Proficiency in HRIS, payroll systems, or Microsoft Office applications.

• Coordinate recruitment activities, candidate screening, interviews, onboarding, and manpower requirements.
• Facilitate learning and development programs, employee engagement initiatives, and culture-building activities.
• Administer performance management processes, HR documentation, employee movements, and personnel records.
• Ensure compliance with labor regulations, government-mandated requirements, HR policies, and reporting requirements.

What we’re looking for:

• A graduate with a bachelor’s degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.
