Job summary

Sm City La Union seeks an experienced HR Manager to oversee all human resources functions for the mall, partner with management to build a productive and engaged workforce, and ensure smooth operation.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, training, performance management, compensation and benefits, and compliance with Philippine labor laws. The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and excellent communication to support a high-performing team.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Business, or related field.
• At least 5 years HR experience with managerial exposure.
• Knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
• Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
