Private Advertiser in the Philippines seeks a Senior HR Generalist to manage end-to-end HR operations, employee relations, and compliance across the lifecycle. Based in BGC, Taguig, the role supports performance management and engagement initiatives in a hybrid work setting.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor’s degree and at least 3 years of HR experience with knowledge of Philippine labor laws, policies, and HRIS systems.
Location: BGC, Taguig City
Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Work Setup: Hybrid – 1 day WFH per week
We are looking for a Senior HR Officer who will manage and oversee key HR functions across the employee lifecycle. This role will work closely with employees, managers, and leadership to ensure smooth HR operations, effective employee relations, compliance, performance management, and employee engagement.
The ideal candidate is organized, people-oriented, proactive, and confident in handling sensitive HR matters while maintaining professionalism and confidentiality.
Manage end-to-end employee lifecycle processes, including recruitment support, onboarding, employee movement, and offboarding.
Oversee daily HR operations, including employee records, documentation, and policy administration.
Support and administer performance management processes such as performance reviews, goal-setting, and development planning.
Handle employee relations concerns and provide guidance to employees and managers in resolving workplace issues fairly and consistently.
Lead or support employee engagement, wellness, and culture-building initiatives.
Ensure compliance with Philippine labor laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies, procedures, and best practices.
Coordinate learning and development programs based on organizational and employee needs.
Prepare HR reports and analyze HR data to support business decisions and continuous improvement.
Partner with managers and key stakeholders to address workforce needs and organizational challenges.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
At least 3 years of relevant HR experience with exposure to multiple HR functions.
Strong knowledge of HR principles, Philippine labor laws, and HR best practices.
Proven experience in employee relations, HR operations, and performance management.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with professionalism and discretion.
Experience with HRIS/HR systems and data analysis tools is an advantage.
