Beauchè International is seeking a Human Resources Officer to provide administrative and operational support for delivering HR services and implementing company policies, programs, and procedures.
The role covers employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, engagement, compliance, documentation, and general HR administration. On-site work at Technopark, Dasmariñas City, Cavite, Philippines is required.
The Human Resources Officer provides administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient delivery of HR services and the effective implementation of company policies, programs, and procedures.
The position assists in various HR functions, including employee relations, recruitment, policy implementation, employee engagement, compliance, documentation, and general HR administration. The role is also expected to support the maintenance of a professional and positive workplace environment while ensuring that HR practices are aligned with applicable labor laws and regulatory requirements.
Provide day-to-day administrative and operational support to the Human Resources Department.
Assist in the implementation and monitoring of company policies, procedures, and HR programs.
Support recruitment activities, including applicant coordination, interview scheduling, documentation, and onboarding assistance.
Assist in addressing and resolving employee concerns, grievances, and workplace issues in a professional and timely manner.
Support the proper documentation and handling of employee disciplinary cases and related HR matters.
Assist in monitoring employee compliance with company policies, workplace rules, and established procedures.
Maintain accurate and organized employee records, HR documents, and confidential personnel information.
Assist in ensuring that company policies and HR practices remain aligned with applicable labor laws, government regulations, and compliance requirements.
Support employee engagement initiatives, company activities, and other programs designed to promote employee productivity and workplace satisfaction.
Assist in the preparation of HR reports, correspondence, memoranda, and other administrative documents.
Coordinate with employees, department heads, and other stakeholders regarding HR-related concerns and requirements.
Maintain professionalism, confidentiality, integrity, and fairness in handling employee and company information.
Perform other HR-related duties and responsibilities as may be assigned by the immediate supervisor or Management.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Behavioral Science, Industrial Relations, or a related field.
With at least 6 months to 1 year of relevant HR experience.
Working knowledge of Philippine Labor Laws, government-mandated benefits, HR compliance, and employment regulations.
Familiarity with employee relations, policy implementation, disciplinary procedures, recruitment, and employee engagement.
Ability to handle both routine and sensitive employee concerns and workplace issues with professionalism and sound judgment.
Strong communication, interpersonal, organizational, and administrative skills.
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing multiple HR tasks and priorities.
Demonstrates integrity, confidentiality, professionalism, and trustworthiness.
Proactive, flexible, and willing to take on additional responsibilities when necessary.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word and Excel.
Willing to work on-site at Technopark, Dasmariñas City, Cavite.
