The HR Manager is responsible for overseeing all human resources functions in the Philippines, supporting both corporateoperations, ensuring compliance with Philippine labor laws, and managing employees. Candidates with knowledge of Philippine regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Onboarding: Manage full-cycle recruitment, including sourcing, screening, offer negotiation, and onboarding for local and regional roles

• Compensation & Benefits: Oversee payroll processing (in-house or via vendors), tax compliance, and administration of local benefits (SSS, healthcare, pensions)

• Employee Relations: Act as the primary HR contact for employee matters, including performance management, conflict resolution, and investigations.

• Compliance & Mobility: Ensure adherence to labor laws in the Philippines and Macau; support visa and work permit processes.

• HR Operations & Reporting: Maintain HRIS data, track headcount, turnover, and HR metrics.
