Job Overview:
We are seeking a strategic and hands‑on HR and Admin Manager to lead and oversee the full spectrum of human resources and administrative functions across multiple business entities within the group. The role is responsible for driving talent acquisition, employee engagement, organisational development, performance management, compliance, and overall HR operations while ensuring efficient administrative support and workplace management.
The HR and Admin Manager plays a key role in aligning people and administrative strategies with organisational goals, strengthening workforce capability, supporting organisational growth and change, and maintaining a compliant, productive, and employee‑focused work environment across diverse business settings.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Human Resources Management
- Lead end‑to‑end HR functions including recruitment, onboarding, talent management, employee engagement, compensation and benefits, performance management, employee relations, and disciplinary processes.
- Partner with business leaders to understand workforce requirements and implement HR strategies that support organisational effectiveness, employee development, and business objectives.
- Ensure proper implementation of HR policies, employee movements, grievance handling, and labour compliance in accordance with company standards and applicable regulations.
2. Organizational Development & Employee Experience
- Lead organisational development initiatives including workforce planning, succession readiness, leadership development, employee engagement, and culture‑building programmes.
- Support organisational changes and business growth through change management, process improvements, and people‑focused initiatives.
- Develop and implement programmes that strengthen collaboration, accountability, employee performance, and overall workplace experience.
3. Administrative Operations
- Oversee office administration, facilities management, workplace safety, procurement, vendor coordination, office logistics, and day‑to‑day administrative support functions.
- Ensure efficient management of company resources, contracts, office supplies, assets, and administrative systems across business entities.
- Maintain safe, organised, and productive work environments while supporting business continuity and operational efficiency.
4. Executive & Cross‑Functional Support
- Support multiple business entities by ensuring consistent and scalable HR and administrative practices while adapting to varying business needs.
- Collaborate with management and department leaders to align HR and administrative support with operational and organisational priorities.
- Provide executive support in organisational initiatives, workforce planning, policy implementation, and change management efforts.
5. Compliance & Policy Management
- Ensure compliance with labour laws, company policies, and regulatory requirements while maintaining proper documentation and audit readiness.
- Develop, review, and enhance HR and administrative policies, procedures, and controls to improve operational effectiveness and governance.
- Support workplace safety, risk management, and business continuity initiatives across the organisation.
6. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
- Monitor workforce and administrative metrics to support data‑driven decision‑making and organisational planning.
- Prepare reports and insights related to manpower, engagement, retention, performance, and operational trends for management review.
- Recommend process improvements and organisational interventions to enhance efficiency, employee experience, and business performance.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Proven 7+ years experience in HR and administrative management, preferably in a multi‑entity or shared services environment.
- Strong knowledge of recruitment, labour laws, compensation and benefits, and employee relations.
- Experience in office administration, facilities management, procurement, and vendor management.
- Excellent leadership, organisational, and communication skills.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities and work in a fast‑paced environment.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and a proactive, hands‑on approach.
- Proficiency in HR systems is an advantage.
