All Done 88 Construction Orporation is seeking an experienced HR leader to shape people strategies in a dynamic environment. You will drive manpower planning, workforce structure, and streamlined recruitment while handling employee relations and performance management.
The role oversees HR operations, analytics, and compliance across multi-branch operations to ensure sustainable staffing and growth. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field and 5+ years of progressive HR
Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business objectives.
Lead manpower planning, organizational structure, and workforce requirements.
Oversee recruitment and selection to ensure quality and timely hiring.
Manage employee concerns, grievances, disciplinary matters, and labor-related concerns.
Establish and manage performance management systems, KPIs, and performance reviews.
Ensure efficient HR administration, employee records, attendance, leave, and HR policies.
Analyze workforce data, turnover, headcount, productivity, and personnel costs.
Develop employee engagement, retention, leadership development, and succession planning initiatives.
Lead and supervise HR teams/functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Performance Management, and HR Operations & Administration.
Ensure compliance with company policies and applicable labor regulations.

Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
5+ years of progressive HR experience, preferably with supervisory or managerial experience.
Strong background in recruitment, employee relations, performance management, and HR operations.
Experience in workforce planning and HR analytics.
Strong leadership, communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
Experience in retail, financial services, pawnshop, or multi-branch operations is an advantage.
