Role Description The Human Resources Generalist is a full-time, on-site role based in Cagayan De Oro City. This position is responsible for supporting day-to-day HR operations, including administering employee benefits, assisting with HR policies implementation, and maintaining accurate employee records.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years experience in Human Resources (HR) operations, with the ability to support general HR activities across the employee lifecycle.
• Knowledge of HR Management practices, including recruitment support, performance management assistance, and employee records maintenance.
• Understanding of HR Policies and the ability to help implement and communicate company guidelines and procedures in a clear and consistent manner.
• Experience with Employee Benefits and Benefits Administration, including enrollment, updates, and responding to benefit-related inquiries.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work collaboratively and handle confidential information responsibly.
• Familiarity with Philippine labor laws and regulations; prior experience in a logistics or related industry is an advantage.
• Proficiency in basic HR systems and office productivity tools (e.g., MS Office), and strong attention to detail in documentation and reporting.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
