Job summary

Inland Corporation is seeking an HR Officer to manage onboarding, HRIS updates, and employee relations in a fast-paced environment. You will handle performance management, training coordination, and documentation with strict confidentiality.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in a related field and at least 1 year of HR generalist experience. Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government reporting is essential; logistics/warehouse exposure is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HRM, psychology, business administration or related field.
• Minimum 1 year experience in a generalist HR role.
• Experience in payroll, benefits, and HR administration.
• Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government statutory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate onboarding, orientation, and offboarding processes.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure timely updates in HRIS.
• Address employee concerns and provide guidance on HR policies and labor matters.
• Assist in implementing performance management programs and development initiatives.
• Coordinate training programs, learning and development activities, and employee engagement initiatives.
• Prepare HR documents, contracts, notices, certifications, and other personnel paperwork.
• Ensure compliance with policies, labor regulations, safety standards, and government reporting requirements.
• Support disciplinary processes, investigations, and grievance handling per policies.
• Coordinate with DOLE, SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG Fund as necessary.
• Participate in HR process improvement and special projects.
