Job summary

Ayala Property Management Corporation (APMC) is seeking an HR Officer – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment for assigned accounts, ensuring timely hiring and a positive candidate experience.

You will partner with hiring managers, conduct HR interviews, coordinate offers and onboarding, monitor timelines, and maintain candidate databases while building talent pools for future needs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field such as Psychology, HRM or Business Administration.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment.
• Experience handling end-to-end recruitment processes.
• Strong interviewing, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong leadership and people-management capabilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple hiring requirements.
