Job summary

J&T Express Philippines is seeking an HR Engagement specialist in Bulacan who will assist in employee engagement, events, and internal communications. You will design and disseminate notices and coordinate with the HR team on programs that boost morale.

You will report to the HR Manager, help plan teambuilding, corporate events, and engagements, collaborate with department heads, and may travel occasionally to work with various teams and clients.

Qualifications

• Degree in HR/psychology/marketing management.
• 1–3 years in Employee Engagement, Event Management, or Performance Management.
• Canva, Photoshop, PowerPoint and Excel proficiency.
• Strong interpersonal, charismatic and energetic personality.
• Occasional business travel may be required.
• Ability to multi-task and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
• Collaborates with heads of units to deliver results.
• Knowledge of talent management and strategic planning.

ABOUT THE POSITION

• Assists in the clearance process including exit interviews of all the separated employees and makes a summary report.

• Assists in facilitating the personnel action notice.

• Coordinates in facilitating the employment contract and regularization notice.

• Disseminate notices and announcements such as new hire announcements, Birthday Celebrants, and other corporate activities.

• Plans (with HR Manager Manager), organizes and executes corporate activities and J&T engagements (e.g. teambuilding, sports events, corporate events, monthly office engagement activities, corporate social responsibility, etc.) from concept to finish based on the company culture. This is with the assistance of the HR team.

• Collaborates with department heads on programs that will maximize employee development and satisfaction.

• Liaises with different suppliers for all event and activities need (in coordination with procurement).

• Helps and supports the HR Manager for ad hoc tasks.

ABOUT YOU

• Degree in a program of study related to Human Resources, Pyschology or Marketing Management

• Preferably with 1-3 years of Employee Engagement, Event Management, or Performance Management experience

• With experience in creating visually appealing designs using Canva, Adobe Photoshop, or related design applications. Familliar with Microsoft Powerpoint and Excel.

• Has the ability to deal with diverse types of people, with strong interpersonal skills, and charismatic; Outgoing, assertive, enthusiastic, highly energetic.

• The role may require occasional business travel to work directly with various teams and clients. Candidates should be open to this travel requirement.

• Can multi-task, can work under pressure in a fast-paced work environment like J&T

• Has outstanding collaboration skills; ability to establish coordination with unit and department heads, team leaders, and HR peers to deliver results.

• Has an understanding of talent management, conducting strategic planning, and keen to collaborate.
