We are offering a hybrid work arrangement! The company will also be providing the PC and equipment needed. Although during your first month (or until the HLM approves of the transition), you will be reporting on-site to complete company and/or client-required trainings. With this, the following requirements will be required prior the on-boarding:
- Minimum of 25mbps internet speed (actual bandwidth via speed test) higher than 25mbps would be required if there will be other people in the household who would be either working from home or heavily using the internet during your shift
- Dedicated space or room with good ventilation for the PC set-up.
- Table that can fit two 24" monitors and a chair, ideally positioned close to the outlet and internet modem
- Work from home location is within NCR.
General Objective:
Responsible for supporting the development and execution of programs and initiatives that promote a positive employee experience, strengthen organizational culture, and foster employee engagement. The role involves planning and facilitating engagement activities, creating communication materials, and serving as a partner in employee wellness, recognition, and culture-building initiatives.
What are some of the responsibilities?
- Plan, organize, and execute employee engagement activities and programs, both virtual and onsite, to support and strengthen the company's culture and employee experience.
- Develop creative materials such as posters, presentations, digital content, event collaterals, and communication campaigns for company activities, internal communications, social media pages, and the company website.
- Manage the social media calendar, including content planning, scheduling, tracking milestones, monitoring completion of deliverables, and maintaining up-to-date content across the company’s social media platforms.
- Create, review, and publish employer branding and social media content, ensuring quality, engagement, and alignment with the company’s values, Code of Conduct, and employer branding strategy.
- Conduct research on sourcing trends and employer branding best practices, and provide recommendations to strengthen talent attraction strategies, job advertisements, sourcing initiatives, and employer branding campaigns.
- Facilitate employee check-ins, "How RU" sessions, and Kamustahan sessions to promote employee well-being, open communication, and workplace support.
- Assist in the implementation of employee-focused programs, including onboarding, employee recognition, team-building activities, wellness initiatives, and company-wide events.
- Coordinate logistics, communications, and participant engagement before, during, and after activities and events.
- Monitor employee participation and gather feedback to evaluate the effectiveness of engagement programs and recommend improvements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and leaders to support culture-building initiatives and employee experience projects.
- Maintain awareness of emerging employee engagement trends, best practices, and workplace culture initiatives to continuously enhance existing programs.
- Ensure timely documentation, reporting, and tracking of engagement activities and program outcomes.
What are the ideal requirements?
- Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field or at least 1 year of experience in Human Resources, preferably in Employee Engagement, Employee Relations, or Culture and Events Management.
- Experience in employee engagement surveys, pulse checks, or employee feedback programs.
- Experience in organizing employee events, engagement programs, or company activities.
- Experience managing or creating content for social media platforms and internal communication channels. Basic knowledge of graphic design, video editing, and content creation using Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar design platforms.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to engage employees at all levels.
- Creative, organized, and detail-oriented with excellent project coordination and multitasking skills.
