TELEEYE PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking an HR Supervisor to oversee operational HR support and lead the HR team in implementing HR functions across the organization.

You will work closely with the HR Manager, top management, and department heads to achieve HR objectives. The role involves advising on HR policies, employment laws, and confidentiality, while supervising compensation, benefits, and performance management programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in behavioral science, psychology, HRDM or related field.
• 5–10 years of experience in HR roles such as HR Generalist, HR Officer, or HR Operations.
• Willingness to work Mondays through Saturdays and reside within a reasonable distance from Quezon City.

• Strong leadership skills to mentor and motivate HR and administrative personnel.
• Expertise in recruitment strategies, including sourcing, screening, and selecting candidates.
• Solid knowledge of HR principles, employment laws, labor relations, and conflict resolution techniques.
• Experience administering compensation and benefits programs.
• High level of ethical conduct and discretion in handling sensitive information.
