Responsible for the timely checking of the encoded Employee Masterlist, monitoring of regularization, and finishing contracts
Responsible for timely checking if the Employment contract, Performance evaluation, and Termination are well distributed
Responsible for the timely checking of the filed 201 files and their content
Compensation and Benefits
Responsible for timely checking if the Daily Time Record is encoded in the system
Responsible for timely checking if the monthly payment of Loans and contributions for Government Benefits (SSS, PHIC, HDMF) was made and recorded
Responsible for timely checking if AEP and VISA are well renewed and no pending compliances
Training
In charge of creating the Annual Training Plan and monitoring its implementation based on a scheduled time
In charge of collecting all Training materials such as Training Modules, Certificates, and Attendance
In charge of coordinating with Trainers regarding the schedule, module, attendees, and scope of the training offered
General
Responsible for overseeing the Human Resources Staff
Responsible for assisting with the administration of the day-to-day operations of the Human Resources function and duties
Responsible for the management and supervision of the entire workforce of the company
Responsible for supervising and improving Recruitment, Compensation, and Benefits day-to-day function and duties
Responsible for developing employees to utilize human resources to the maximum level in the interest of the company by establishing a Training Program for the rank-and-file, supervisory, and managerial levels
Responsible for maintaining synchronized information circulating in the company
Responsible for promoting a harmonious, productive, and work-life balance schedule that will not compromise the interests of the company
Responsible for handling Disciplinary Action, Counseling, Coaching, and collective bargaining related to employee disputes
Responsible for representing the Top Management in labor-related matters and ensuring the company's compliance with the Philippine Labor Laws, Government Laws, Rules, and Regulations
Responsible for preparing the Organizational Structure with corresponding Job Descriptions for all levels in the organization that correspond with the employee's Qualifications, including its review and updating
Responsible for establishing system improvements on cost-cutting practices that will not compromise employees' salaries and benefits
Responsible for preparing and updating Company Rules and Regulations and ensuring their implementation and employee awareness
Responsible for the safekeeping, renewing, and updating of contracts and agreements with external providers
