K84 Construction and Development Corporation in Quezon City is seeking an HR Officer to support recruitment, onboarding, and manpower planning for office staff and site workers.
The role covers employee records, attendance and payroll support, compliance with SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, and administering HR communications and policies across projects.
1. Recruitment and Hiring
Assist in posting job vacancies for office staff and site workers.
Screen applications and schedule interviews with qualified applicants.
Coordinate with project managers or site supervisors regarding manpower requirements.
Prepare employment documents such as job offers, contracts, and onboarding requirements.
2. Employee Records Management
Maintain and update employee 201 files for office and site personnel.
Ensure employee documents and requirements are complete before deployment.
Monitor employee contracts, employment status, and records.
3. Attendance and Payroll Support
Collect and monitor daily time records (DTR) from project sites.
Assist in verifying employee attendance for payroll preparation.
Coordinate with payroll personnel regarding employee attendance, absences, and overtime.
4. Statutory Compliance
Assist in processing employee government contributions and benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG).
Prepare and process HR-related documents required for government agencies.
Ensure employee records comply with labor regulations.
5. HR Administration
Prepare HR correspondence such as memorandums, notices, and certification requests.
Maintain HR reports including manpower reports and employee lists.
Assist in implementing company policies and procedures.
6. Employee Relations and Support
Address employee inquiries regarding HR policies, payroll concerns, and benefits.
Assist in documenting disciplinary actions, incident reports, and employee concerns.
Coordinate with site supervisors regarding employee issues and manpower concerns.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
At least 1-2 years of HR or administrative experience, preferably in a construction or project-based environment.
Knowledge of Philippine Labor Law and HR practices.
Experience handling site employees or project-based manpower is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel).
