We are seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer to join the Children's Developmental and Intervention Center of Lipa. This is a full-time position based in Brgy. Inosluban, Lipa City, Batangas. As a Human Resource Officer, you will play a crucial role in supporting our center's human resources functions and contributing to a positive workplace culture. This position is essential to ensuring our team operates efficiently and our employees feel valued and supported in their roles.
Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening applications, assist in conducting interviews and coordinating the onboarding of new employees.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and personnel files in compliance with organizational policies and legal requirements
Assist with employee relations matters, including handling inquiries, concerns and performance-related issues
Support the administration of payroll, benefits and leave management systems.
Ensure compliance with employment legislation, regulations and internal HR policies
Assist with the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
Support the organization in building and maintaining a positive workplace culture
A bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in an HR or administrative role is an advantage.

Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS).
