Job summary

Children's Developmental and Intervention Center of Lipa is seeking a dedicated Human Resource Officer for a full-time, on-site role in Lipa City, Batangas. The position focuses on supporting HR functions, recruiting, maintaining records, handling employee relations, and assisting payroll and benefits administration.

The successful candidate will have a bachelor's degree in HR, psychology, or business administration, and 1–3 years of HR or administrative experience is advantageous.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in human resources, psychology, business administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of hands-on HR or administrative experience is an advantage.
• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Strong interpersonal skills with tact and confidentiality.
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with HRIS.

Responsibilities

• Manage recruitment processes including job postings, screening, interviews and onboarding.
• Maintain accurate employee records and personnel files in compliance with policies and laws.
• Assist with employee relations, inquiries and performance-related issues.
• Support payroll, benefits and leave management administration.
• Ensure compliance with employment legislation and internal HR policies.
• Assist with HR policy development and implementation.
• Help build and maintain a positive workplace culture.
