Job Summary
The Human Resource Officer will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment process and ensuring accurate and timely payroll administration. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
Key Responsibilities
- Source, screen, and shortlist qualified candidates for various positions.
- Coordinate and schedule interviews with applicants and hiring managers.
- Prepare and issue job offers, contracts, and other recruitment-related documents.
- Maintain and update the applicant database and recruitment records.
- Prepare, process, and validate employee payroll in compliance with company policies and government regulations.
- Ensure timely remittance of government‑mandated benefits (SSS, PhilHealth, Pag-IBIG, etc.).
- Handle timekeeping records, overtime, and attendance reports.
- Address payroll‑related inquiries and resolve discrepancies.
- Assist in handling labor‑related concerns, including DOLE inspections, compliance requirements, and NLRC cases.
- Coordinate with legal counsel and management regarding labor disputes, hearings, and case documentation.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in recruitment and payroll administration.
- Knowledge of Philippine labor laws and government statutory benefits.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Strong organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills.
- High level of integrity and confidentiality.
