Overview
Responsibilities include day-to-day operations of the HR functions and duties, process documentation and reports related to personnel activities (staffing, recruitment, training, grievances, performance evaluations, etc), orientation of new employees, and maintaining HR files and databases. The role also involves coordinating HR projects (meetings, training, surveys, etc.), problem-solving to identify issues and resolve programs promptly, and possessing a basic knowledge of labor law.
