Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Bacolod is seeking an Human Resource Manager to oversee day-to-day HR operations and work onsite. The role covers recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations, ensuring compliance with labor laws and company policies.

You will collaborate with managers to drive HR initiatives, maintain HRIS updates, and prepare reports for strategic decision-making. A Bachelor’s degree in a related field and strong interpersonal skills are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience as an HR Generalist, HR Officer, or similar HR role.
• Broad knowledge of HR functions (recruitment, employee relations, training, compensation & benefits, compliance).
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build good working relationships.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and MS Office tools.
