Job summary

HRTx Inc. in Bacolod City is seeking an experienced HR leader to oversee national HR operations, workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment.

You will develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance, while driving talent acquisition across all levels. Collaborating with leadership, you will enhance engagement, performance management, succession planning, and the adoption of HR

Qualifications

• Minimum 5-10 years in Human Resources.
• Experience handling HR operations at national or multi-site level.
• Strong communication and leadership skills; ability to influence at all levels.
• Experience in corporate HR environments combining strategy and execution.

Work Schedule: Monday to Friday; Onsite - Dayshift
Location: Bacolod City
Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization
