You will oversee talent acquisition, employee relations, compensation, performance, training, and compliance, fostering an inclusive, high-performing workplace.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years in a leadership role.
• Masters degree preferred for senior leadership.
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred.

Position Summary

We are seeking an experienced and strategic Human Resources Director to lead our HR department and drive people-focused initiatives that support organizational growth and performance. The HR Director will oversee all aspects of human resources management, including talent acquisition, employee relations, compliance, compensation and benefits, performance management, training and development, and organizational culture.

This role requires a hands‑on leader who can balance strategic planning with operational execution while fostering a positive, inclusive, and high‑performance workplace.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership

• Develop and implement HR strategies aligned with business goals
• Serve as a trusted advisor to executive leadership on workforce planning and organizational development
• Lead change management initiatives to support company growth

Talent Acquisition & Workforce Planning

• Oversee recruitment strategy to attract and retain top talent
• Develop succession planning and leadership development programs
• Monitor workforce metrics and analytics to guide decision‑making

Employee Relations & Culture

• Promote a positive workplace culture and employee engagement initiatives
• Provide guidance on employee relations issues and conflict resolution
• Ensure consistent application of company policies and procedures

Qualifications

Education & Experience:

• Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred)
• 8+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3-5 years in a leadership role
• Professional HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR) preferred
