Job summary

You will lead HR initiatives, guide management, and ensure robust records and confidentiality while aligning HR programs with business objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• Proven experience in HR management or a similar leadership role.
• Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and HR best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to handle confidential information with integrity.
• Experience in logistic, manufacturing, or retail is a plus.
