Job summary

HRTX in Bacolod City is seeking an experienced HR Director to lead national HR operations Monday to Friday, onsite. The role focuses on workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment.

You will develop HR strategies, ensure regulatory compliance, drive talent acquisition, and promote a positive culture, reporting to senior leadership and partnering with executives.

Qualifications

• 5-10+ years in Human Resources required.
• Experience managing national/m multi-site HR operations.
• Strong background in employee relations, compensation & benefits, recruitment, and training.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and oversee national HR operations, including workforce planning, employee relations, compensation and benefits, training, and recruitment
• Develop and implement HR strategies, policies, and programs that support business objectives and regulatory compliance
• Drive talent acquisition initiatives to attract and retain top talent across all levels of the organization

• Hands-on experience with HR systems and processes; ability to implement and optimize HR technology
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills; able to influence at all levels
• Experience in corporate HR environments with demonstrated ability to combine strategy and execution
