Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HRM, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in a generalist or similar HR role.
• Strong understanding of HR processes, labor regulations, and best practices.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficient in MS Office applications and familiarity with HRIS or HR tools.
• Amenable to work night shift and in hybrid setup.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for employees regarding HR-related inquiries and processes.
• Assist in the administration of compensation and benefits programs, including payroll coordination and HMO enrollment.
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases in compliance with company policies and data privacy regulations.
• Support the implementation of performance management, training and employee engagement initiatives.
• Provide guidance and assistance in handling employee relations issues and disciplinary actions.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and internal policies, escalating issues when necessary.
• Prepare and maintain HR reports, metrics and documentation as required.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a positive and inclusive workplace culture.
