The SM Store (SM Mart Inc.) is seeking a Talent Acquisition professional to deliver end-to-end recruitment for the assigned business unit. You will source, screen, and recommend candidates to fill positions, ensuring a smooth onboarding process.

Responsibilities include creating sourcing projects, participating in recruiting events, and generating reports with feedback for stakeholders. A degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or HRM & Development is preferred, with 0–2 years (or 3+ years

• Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or HRM & Development.
• 0-2 years in TA; Supervisory level requires at least 3 years full-cycle recruiting experience.
