Overview

Responsible for end to end recruitment process, from sourcing to onboarding

• Identifies the various sources for hiring requirements.
• Coordinates with the departments for their hiring needs.
• Conducts interviews and background checks.
• Ensures the complete and timely submission of the new hires’ onboarding requirements
• Handles administrative tasks such as the following, but not limited to:
• a. Employee ID processing
• b. Validation of utility and security information from manpower agencies
• Amenable to work onsite. Office is located at National Teachers\' College, Quiapo Manila.

• Must be a graduate in Business Administration Major in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related degree.
