JMR Global | Talent Solutions is seeking an experienced consulting leader to drive practice growth, strengthen client partnerships, and oversee the delivery of human capital and workforce transformation services.

You will lead strategy, develop new opportunities, and ensure successful delivery across locations, leveraging your background in HR transformation and advisory services to strengthen our client partnerships and business outcomes.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or advisory experience with substantial leadership or management roles.
• Proven track record in client relationship management and business development.
• Experience overseeing consulting engagements, financial performance, and resource planning.
• Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Background in Human Capital Consulting, HR Transformation, Workforce Advisory, or related fields is preferred.
• Exposure to global delivery models and emerging technologies is an advantage.
