The ideal candidate has 10+ years of HR leadership, a strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and workforce planning, with proven success partnering with executives.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive HR experience, with significant leadership experience.
• Proven experience leading an HR function or large HR team.
• Strong background in HR strategy, talent management, employee relations, and organizational development.
• Experience working with senior executives and business leaders.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee the overall HR function and people strategy.

About the Role
