You'll work from copy provided by Haney Strategy, handle live communications with clients, and keep campaigns on schedule. This position is night shift with remote setup and offers benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Two+ years using HubSpot Marketing Hub as the primary tool.
• Built marketing email campaigns from start to finish and created reports/dashboards inside HubSpot.
• Reviews own work before sharing: correct lists, links, and numbers.
• Communicates clearly with clients; concise weekly updates and questions.

Responsibilities

• Build HubSpot email campaigns from our copy, including templates, lists, scheduling, and results reports.
• Set up routing and logic for campaigns and assign contacts to the right sales rep.
• Create custom reports and dashboards in HubSpot for managers.
• Perform hands-on HubSpot tasks: design emails, test sends, saved views, layouts, and form/page checks.
• Schedule and publish social posts (Facebook, X, LinkedIn) from supplied copy and calendar.
• Log requests and track status in the ticket system.
