Job summary

Hunt St is seeking a Philippines-based Digital Marketing & Operations Specialist to support the client’s marketing team remotely. You will manage HubSpot workflows, maintain WordPress sites, build campaigns, and drive reporting to generate leads in alignment with AU business hours as a contractor.

You will collaborate with the Senior Marketing Manager to optimise marketing automation, track performance, and deliver data-driven campaigns while maintaining high-quality CRM data and website content.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in digital marketing, marketing operations or marketing automation.
• Strong hands-on HubSpot experience — workflows, forms, automation, reporting and CRM management.
• Experience managing WordPress websites.
• Knowledge of email marketing and marketing automation.
• Experience with Google Analytics (GA4).
• Understanding of SEO fundamentals.
• Experience supporting digital campaigns and lead generation activities.
• Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Marketing Operations & Automation: Manage and maintain HubSpot and related marketing systems; build workflows, forms, landing pages and email campaigns; support customer journeys, lead nurturing and marketing automation; maintain CRM data quality, segmentation and reporting; support campaign setup, tracking and performance measurement; identify opportunities to improve marketing processes and operational efficiency.
• Website & Digital Platforms: Maintain and update WordPress websites; publish website content, blogs, landing pages and resources; work with the product team to support content updates and product publishing; support website improvements and user experience initiatives; ensure digital content remains accurate and aligned to campaign priorities.
• Lead Generation & Digital Performance: Support lead generation activities across paid, organic and owned channels; support account-based marketing initiatives through audience segmentation, campaign setup, lead nurturing and performance reporting; assist with campaign tracking, attribution and conversion reporting; implement SEO recommendations and website optimisation activities; support paid media administration and performance monitoring; produce performance reports and identify opportunities for improvement.
