Job summary

MicroSourcing International in Manila seeks an Email Marketing & Automation Specialist to build, test, and deploy multi-channel campaigns using HubSpot and AI, with a focus on dynamic content, personalization, and data hygiene.

You will design automated workflows, implement progressive profiling, and optimize deliverability while maintaining scalable campaign operations. This role offers a hybrid work setup in Eastwood, Quezon City, with competitive rewards and opportunities for growth.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience building and deploying marketing automation campaigns, preferably using HubSpot.
Experience with email marketing and multi-channel campaign execution.
Experience building automated workflows, segmentation, lists, suppressions, and personalization rules.
Experience with A/B or multivariate testing and campaign QA.
Knowledge of marketing database management, data hygiene, deduplication, and imports.
Understanding of email deliverability, bounce rates, spam signals, and domain reputation.
Ability to use AI and automation tools to improve campaign execution, reporting, and operational efficiency.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple campaigns according to deadlines.
Strong documentation and process management skills.

Responsibilities

Build, QA, schedule, and deploy email and multi-channel campaigns in HubSpot based on the campaign calendar, utilizing AI.
Use AI and automation to replace manual, one-off sends with dynamic, rules-driven content, including personalization tokens, conditional content, and modular content blocks.
Build smart forms with progressive profiling and conditional logic, including automated follow-ups, data write-back, and routing.
Identify manual processes that can be automated and build solutions that improve efficiency and campaign outcomes.
Set up A/B and multivariate tests with clean logic and automated execution and reporting.
Build and maintain lists, suppressions, exclusions, and segmentation rules to support accurate campaign targeting.
Automate data hygiene, deduplication, and imports to maintain a clean and reliable marketing database.
Report on campaign performance across delivery, engagement, and conversion, using AI to streamline reporting and identify performance drivers.
Monitor deliverability, bounce rates, spam signals, and domain reputation, and take corrective action before issues escalates.
Document campaign builds, workflows, and processes to ensure automations are maintainable and easy to hand over.
