Job summary

Premier Outsource Partners, Inc. seeks a Senior Marketing Automation & Web Specialist to own the end-to-end lead flow from ads and website forms into the CRM pipeline.

You will manage HubSpot administration, marketing automation, integrations, and WordPress development, with a focus on data integrity and reporting. You will build and maintain workflows, configure tracking, and ensure seamless lead capture across two brands.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of marketing operations/CRM experience.
• Strong HubSpot Marketing Hub experience.
• WordPress admin/development experience.
• HTML/CSS/JS for tracking scripts.

Responsibilities

• Own lead journey from website/enquiry to the correct CRM pipeline and stage.
• Maintain HubSpot properties, lists, forms, pipelines, and reports; ensure data integrity.
• Build, test, and troubleshoot HubSpot workflows and sequences.
• Maintain integrations between HubSpot, websites, telephony, booking systems and ads.
• Manage WordPress sites for two brands; implement landing pages and forms mapping to CRM.
• Configure GA4/GTMs and conversion tracking; validate tracking accuracy.
• Prepare weekly/monthly marketing and CRM reports with KPIs.
