Job summary

Keystone Education Group is seeking a technically adept Marketing Operations Specialist to own HubSpot automation, AI workflows, and inbound qualification end-to-end. You will design and optimize workflows, manage lists and data health, build dashboards, and collaborate with Rev Ops, Sales, and Customer Success to convert inbound interest into qualified pipeline.

Qualifications

• Hands-on HubSpot (Marketing Hub & CRM) expert, able to build complex workflows.
• Experience implementing or leveraging AI tools within marketing operations.
• Strong analytics skills, with dashboards linking activity to pipeline & revenue.
• Proven project ownership with minimal supervision and proactive delivery.
• Experience managing inbound lead qualification with omnichannel outreach.
• Excellent cross-functional communication between marketing, sales and customer success.
• Meticulous data quality and database hygiene.
• HubSpot certifications (Marketing Hub Software, Revenue Operations, Reporting).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, optimize HubSpot workflows, automations, and sequences.
• Audit and re-architect automations as volume scales.
• Create and manage HubSpot lists and dynamic segments.
• Develop and maintain HubSpot reports and dashboards for ROI.
• Track, qualify, and manage inbound leads via HubSpot CRM.
• Collaborate with Rev Ops, Sales, Customer Success, and Marketing.
• Own end-to-end inbound qualification from first touch to hand-off and follow-up.
