Job summary

MicroSourcing is seeking a CRM & Automation Specialist to design and operate automated customer journeys within HubSpot, spanning trial, onboarding, engagement, and re-engagement. You will configure triggers, build segments, and maintain scoring and routing to Sales with full context.

The role emphasizes collaboration with Sales and Customer Success, performance testing, and data-driven optimization to improve conversions and revenue across Marketing, Sales, and CS teams.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience building and managing automated marketing journeys in HubSpot.
• Experience with behavioral triggers, workflow automation, segmentation, and lifecycle marketing.
• Experience maintaining lead scoring models and automated lead routing processes.
• Strong understanding of customer lifecycle stages, conversion funnels, and marketing automation principles.
• Experience analyzing journey performance using conversion, engagement, and revenue metrics.

Responsibilities

• Design and build automated, multi-branch customer journeys in HubSpot across the full lifecycle.
• Configure behavioral triggers using data signals related to pages viewed, engagement, and trial status.
• Build and maintain audience segments based on lifecycle stage, value tier, and behavior.
• Maintain lead scoring models and automated routing rules to Sales with context.
• Set up and run automated journey tests and measure impact on performance.
• Analyze end-to-end journeys to identify drop-offs and automation opportunities.
• Report on journey performance, conversions, time to convert, and revenue attribution.
• Collaborate with Sales and Customer Success to support engagement and handover.
