Job summary

Private Advertiser is seeking a HubSpot Administrator to manage and optimise our HubSpot CRM across sales, marketing, and customer service. You will configure HubSpot, automate workflows, ensure data integrity, and build reports and dashboards to support business operations.

You will collaborate with internal teams, train users, maintain documentation, and explore automation opportunities to improve processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT, CS, Marketing, Business, or related field preferred.
2–3 years as HubSpot Administrator/Developer or similar.
Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM across Marketing, Sales and Service Hubs.
Experience with HubSpot configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and data management.
Experience with HubSpot API, integrations with Zapier or Workato.
Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and HubL advantageous.
Experience integrating with Salesforce, Dynamics, or ERP systems.
Strong problem-solving and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

Manage, maintain, and optimise the HubSpot CRM system for sales, marketing, and customer service.
Configure and customise HubSpot, manage workflows and automation.
Maintain data integrity through audits and deduplication.
Develop reports and dashboards; support integrations with other platforms.
Provide user support and training; maintain CRM documentation; identify automation opportunities.
