Responsibilities
Managing, maintaining, and optimising the HubSpot CRM system to support seamless business operations across sales, marketing, and customer service functions. This role will involve configuring and customising HubSpot, managing workflows and automation, maintaining data integrity, developing reports and dashboards, and supporting integrations with other business platforms.
This will require you to work closely with internal teams and stakeholders to identify system requirements, resolve technical issues, improve business processes, and ensure HubSpot is effectively configured to meet business needs. You will also provide user support and training, maintain CRM documentation, and identify opportunities for automation and continuous improvement.
Other responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Manage and maintain HubSpot CRM settings, users, permissions, data, and system configuration.
- Maintain data integrity through regular audits, cleansing, deduplication, and data management.
- Create and manage workflows, automation, sequences, custom properties, and fields.
- Develop and maintain custom modules, forms, landing pages, dashboards, and reports.
- Manage HubSpot integrations with third-party platforms and business systems.
- Troubleshoot integration and system issues and ensure data consistency across platforms.
- Use HubSpot APIs and relevant tools to develop and maintain custom integrations.
- Provide HubSpot support, training, and guidance to users across the business.
- Develop user documentation and best practice guides as required.
- Monitor HubSpot performance and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Identify opportunities to automate and streamline business processes.
- Stay up to date with HubSpot features, product releases, and industry best practices.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in information technology, Computer Science, Marketing, Business, or related field is preferred.
- 2–3 years' experience as a HubSpot Administrator, Developer, CRM Administrator, or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of HubSpot CRM, including Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
- Experience with HubSpot configuration, workflow automation, reporting, and CRM data management.
- Experience with HubSpot API, integrations, and third‑party tools such as Zapier or Workato.
- Familiarity with JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and HubL is highly advantageous.
- Experience managing CRM integrations with platforms such as Salesforce, Microsoft Dynamics, or ERP systems.
- Strong understanding of data structures, data mapping, CRM best practices, and data integrity.
- Strong problem‑solving skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to support and liaise with users and internal stakeholders.
- Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and contribute effectively within a team.
- Proactive, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment.
