MicroSourcing is seeking a HubSpot Specialist to manage day-to-day HubSpot administration across Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs. You will design complex workflows, dashboards, and data governance to optimize marketing, sales and revenue operations.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on HubSpot experience in a B2B environment, with strong track record in automation, lead scoring, and data management. Hybrid work setup based in the Philippines.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years hands-on HubSpot administration in a B2B environment.
• Demonstrated expertise in managing HubSpot Marketing Hub and Sales Hub.
• Proven track record building complex workflows, lead routing, lead scoring, and pipeline automation.
• Strong background in CRM data management, database hygiene, imports, deduplication, and data governance.
• Hands-on experience building custom reporting dashboards for marketing, sales, and revenue performance.
• Experience troubleshooting platform integrations and data synchronization errors.

Responsabilités

• Own day-to-day administration, configuration, maintenance, and optimization of HubSpot Marketing, Sales, and Service Hubs.
• Build, optimize, and maintain automation, lead routing, lead scoring, lifecycle management, and engagement workflows.
• Manage CRM properties, custom objects, pipelines, lists, forms, campaigns, and user permissions.
• Enforce CRM data quality, database hygiene, deduplication, enrichment, and governance standards across contacts, companies, and deals.
• Design and maintain custom HubSpot dashboards and reports covering lead generation, funnel conversion, attribution, and revenue pipeline.
• Troubleshoot HubSpot integrations and provide training and support to end-users.
