Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations Assistant to support day-to-day hub activities in the Philippines. You will assist in first and last mile operations, manage parcel sorting and inventory, and help keep rider dispatch running smoothly.

You will monitor hub performance against KPIs, create and review hub reports, assist with customer escalations, and coordinate with agency teams to ensure seamless operations across the network.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations for first and last mile activities.
• Parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring hub performance to achieve KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with call-outs to resolve escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
