Job summary

SPX PHILIPPINES INC. is seeking a Hub Operations professional to support day-to-day hub activities such as parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.

The role focuses on monitoring hub performance, creating reports, assisting with customer escalations, and driving process improvements for productivity. Leadership experience in logistics is preferred, with shift flexibility across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• At least 3 years related experience in logistics, warehouse and distribution.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to manage administrative tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Support monitoring of hub performance and KPIs.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operations tasks as required.
