Job summary

Shopee Philippines is seeking a Hub Operations professional to manage day-to-day activities across first and last mile, inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving in-transit parcels, and inventory control. The role focuses on sustaining high productivity and achieving hub KPIs while supporting the Customer Support team on escalations.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in logistics/warehouse roles with leadership experience, and are proficient in MS Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse or distribution; e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to work shifts per team schedules.
• Continuous learning mindset; able to perform admin tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Monitor hub performance to meet KPIs and productivity.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Support Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to boost hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other hub operation tasks as required.
