Shopee in Metro Manila is seeking a Hub Operations Lead to support day-to-day hub activities spanning last mile and first mile, ensuring accurate parcel handling and inventory control.

The role requires leading team meetings, monitoring KPIs, generating hub reports, and coordinating with agency teams, with duties expanding to payments processing and process improvements. Candidates should have a Bachelor’s degree, 3+ years in logistics, and willingness to work shifts across the cluster.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree holder in any field.
• At least 3 years of related experience in logistics, warehouse, and distribution.
• Experience leading teams, preferably in a hub or warehouse environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to do shift work.
• Continuous learning mindset and ability to handle hub operational tasks.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (last mile and first mile), including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, receiving of in-transit parcels, and inventory control.
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting.
• Supports monitoring hub performance by ensuring high productivity and KPI targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support in call outs to resolve escalations.
• Implements process improvement initiatives and projects to increase hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and other payment processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators overseeing agency teams.
• Other tasks related to hub operations.
