Job summary

Shopee is seeking an experienced Hub Operations Specialist to assist in day-to-day hub operations across first and last mile activities, inventory management, and KPI monitoring. You will support parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and in-transit handling to keep the hub running smoothly.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics or distribution, leadership in a warehouse setting, payments processing experience, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 3+ years in logistics, warehouse, and distribution.
• Leadership experience in a warehouse or hub.
• Experience in payments processing.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated cluster and to work shifts.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations including parcel inbounding, sorting, rider dispatch, and inventory management.
• Support monitoring of hub performance to achieve KPI targets.
• Create, review, and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvement initiatives to boost productivity.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
