Job summary

Shopee is seeking a Hub Operations professional to assist in day-to-day hub activities across first and last mile operations, inventory, and parcel processing. Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• At least 3 years of experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in day-to-day hub operations (first and last mile activities).
• Support monitoring of hub performance to ensure high productivity and KPI achievement.
• Create, review and validate hub reports.
• Assist Customer Support with escalations.
• Implement process improvements to enhance hub productivity.
• Handle payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinate with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Perform other tasks to support hub operations.
