Job summary

SPX Express is seeking a Hub Operations professional to support everyday hub activities, supervise team activities, and monitor KPI performance. The role includes reporting, process improvements, and coordination with agency teams.

The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's degree and at least 3 years in logistics/warehouse roles, with leadership experience and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Willingness to work shifts and be deployed across the cluster is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
• At least 3 years related experience in Logistics, Warehouse and Distribution.
• Experience in e-commerce fulfillment is an advantage.
• Has held a leadership role preferably in a warehouse or hub environment.
• Experience in payments processing or similar function.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
• Willing to be assigned anywhere in the designated Cluster.
• Able to do shift work depending on agreed team schedules.
• Must have a continuous learning mindset; able to do administrative and other tasks in hub operations.

Responsibilities

• Assists in the day-to-day hub operation (both last mile and first mile activities).
• Conducts team briefing and documents minutes of the meeting.
• Supports monitoring of hub performance to meet KPI targets.
• Creates, reviews and validates hub reports.
• Assists Customer Support in addressing escalations.
• Implements process improvement initiatives to boost hub productivity.
• Handles payment transactions and related processes.
• Coordinates with agency coordinators to oversee agency teams.
• Performs other hub operations tasks as needed.
